AIKIDO from the language of Sensei Aghsaqloo

As a result, in 1946, Morihe and Shiba, the creator of Aikido, called his innovative martial art Aikido, Aikido is made up of three parts, Ai meaning harmony, which means internal energy or the natural force of the body, and Do meaning way and method. In this martial art, the principle is to be in harmony with nature and the forces in it. An IKDuka never applies force directly against the opponent's force, but first he joins forces with him and then takes him under his control. Therefore, the police forces of different countries use this martial art to control the wrongdoers. Real victory is victory over oneself. Before thinking about controlling and dominating others, one must learn to control oneself. Without having a good balance and complete control over oneself, one cannot restrain the opponent's attack or implement an effective technique on him in order to coordinate with Nature must have a good physical condition. An IKD should always choose a position in which he can adapt to any situation. In this situation, you should be surrounded by all the surrounding objects at any moment. In short, regardless of whether a person is a friend or an enemy, you should always be ready to coordinate with him. direction, desire and even conscience. Who is our life force that keeps us alive and is the link between our body and mind, it is the unity of body and mind that brings us to excellence. The best way to defend against an attack is to get out of the opponent's range of effectiveness. You can step outside his line of force, get out of the opponent's reaction radius, or enter your own attack range. In any case, to control an attacker, one must stay well within his effective range and at the same time leave his effective range. The mental circle is the basis of all AIKIDO techniques. AIKIDO techniques are a combination of circular movements. Regardless of the opponent's attack methods (straight or angled), a circular movement centered on the lower part of the abdomen will blend with the opponent's attack in a completely natural way and will enable you to control your opponent easily. Of course, before performing each circle, we must first draw it in our mind.
